I have a great passion for space planning. When I was six years old, I would rearrange my bedroom furniture every week. It was so funny because my mother thought that I was cleaning my room, when I was only moving furniture. Of course, I had to clean under the bed before moving it. So, maybe I was doing a little cleaning.
I help individuals live and work in healthy spaces.
I'm obsessed about helping people become healthier within their living space that promotes the best in them. I'm pursuing my passion for creating individual design solutions that I know can help.
Why is this so important?
Since people spend more than 90% of their time indoors, having healthy interior spaces is vital to everyone’s health. As an Interior Design Coach and Registered Nurse, I suggest healthy design plans using tools and education to provide individuals with choices that are specific to their needs for a more productive life.
From being a Registered Nurse for over 30 years, and still am one, to an Interior Designer for over 20 years, my passion has been to assess interior spaces for people. I am asking myself today and researching: What are the parts of an interior space do we know promotes health?
I don’t know where you are today with your health or how you have been feeling over the last couple of months. Maybe you do not have any health issues. Wherever you are, I am here to help you identify potential conditions that could improve your health.
